I am a Trainer and Master Practitioner and specialise in mental coaching using NLP, visualisation and Hypnosis for use in sport and competing strategy. I work towards getting results for you, with you and for your competitive career. I can also enlist additional expertise from other disciplines when needed to create the best environment and input possible. It's all about getting results, it is about getting you where you know you can be. It is about giving you real help, from someone with real international competing experience who has been there and knows how it feels, who has the training and credentials to get you where you know you can be. We dont just theorise - we prove it.
Problems we frequently face
As a committed and driven sports person, there can be times where you need assistance or input to get better results or break through problems. As you will know, 60% of our optimum performance is mental and we have all had days where "my head just wasn't in he right place" and that has a direct effect on our training, or even worse on our competing. We all get to a stage where we know we can go further but can't seem to break through an invisible barrier. It is almost as though you can see how far you can get, you can almost reach out and touch it but there seems to be something just stopping you from getting there. In fact, you may start going backwards.......and the harder you try, the worse it gets. We all tend to panic and look for the "secret", that one technique, equipment or coaching help that gives us the edge but sometimes it isn't about the physical. It's about the mental preparation. the process that happens before we compete and as we are doing it. It is about the belief we have in ourselves, the judgement and pressure we feel from others as we seem to have to prove ourselves over and over again, to our training partners, coaches, family, our country and most of all, to ourselves. As a twice World Champion and current World Record holder, and having competed from the age of 16, I have vast competitive experience and understand the various aspects of mental to physical application. Also, I am an accredited Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis and TLT TM and can show you the way to your optimum performance. Additionally, I have worked with many clients from different sports and taught mental coaching in the UK, USA, Poland, Spain and also in Nepal with the Olympic Committee and coaches,. Whether you simply want to increase your performance and learn mental game techniques to help you focus and completely zone in or to resolve confidence and motivation issues or other problems that are affecting your results we have the solution for you.
